Shipping policy

After placing an order with us, you will receive email notification to confirm that we have received your order details. This email will contain a unique order number, along with the details of the items purchased. If you notice any mistakes in the details included within this email or need to make any changes, please contact us immediately to let us know, and quote the order number that you have been given.

Dispatch and delivery times are estimates only, but from our experience the vast majority of orders arrive well within these times. We will always notify customers if there are any circumstances that may affect these estimated times.

The vast majority of orders will be dispatched within 24 hours to arrive with UK customers within the next working day.

FREE UK Delivery on All Orders 

The majority of order will be posted by 1st class post via Royal Mail - delivery should be on the next working day, but this cannot be guaranteed. Larger orders or big items may be sent via ParcelForce 24 hour.

All delivery dates that we give are only for your general guidance. We cannot be held liable if you receive late delivery of your order.

Where a signature is required upon receipt of the goods, if there is no-one available to accept the parcel a calling card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery.

Non UK / International Delivery Costs:

We are currently not shipping overseas.
