Payments and Refunds
Your refund will be issued once we have received your returned item and the payment should usually arrive in your bank account or credit card account in 3 working days.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including American Express. We all take payments via Shop Pay and PayPal.
We are able to cancel an order if we are notified before the order is despatched. In the event that you wish to cancel an order then please contact us as soon as possible, by emailing us at email@example.com. Once an order has been despatched we are unable to cancel it. In this instance, the item can be returned to us for a refund.
In the unlikely event that an item doesn’t reach you in perfect condition then please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with an image of the damaged item, including your order number and whether you require a refund or a replacement item. Unwanted items can be returned within 31 days for a refund as long as they are in the original packaging and have not been used. Shipping & Delivery
If your order is received before 3.00pm, it will usually be despatched the same day on weekday's. Otherwise it will be despatched the next working day.
Usually we use the Royal Mail, although for large orders or big items we use ParcelForce,
All UK orders are posted 1st class, so they should arrive on the next working day after despatch, although this is not guaranteed.

Yes, we are able to accept orders for delivery to BFPO addresses.
